- Domain registration and management fees
- Professional email setup and hosting
- Website maintenance and support packages
- AI chatbot integration and automation solutions
- Cybersecurity consultation and implementation
2.2 Custom Development Projects
For custom website design and development:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Milestone payments are non-refundable upon approval and delivery of that milestone
- Final payments are due upon project completion and are non-refundable
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Safe Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed-upon Service due to circumstances within our control
- A Service is materially different from what was described and agreed upon
- Required by applicable consumer protection law in England and Wales
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above:

- Your name and account/order reference
- Detailed explanation of your request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
- We will review your request and respond within 14 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel future Services at any time by contacting us
- Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for Services already rendered or paid for
- Any outstanding balances remain due upon cancellation

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
